Chiho Tanemura (種村 千穂, Tanemura Chiho) is a character in Ju-on: White Ghost, portrayed by Mihiro Taniguchi.
Biography[]
Chiho was Fumiya's girlfriend. After he discovered the murder at the local house and was attacked by the ghosts there, she went to meet him in police station on Christmas Eve. They went home to celebrate, but he was getting flashbacks about the murders and then fooled by Haru's ghost into killing her. She was murdered by him because he thought she was actually Haru. He killed her by stabbing her in the neck and then abdomen repeatedly with a kitchen knife.

- The name Chiho means "thousand" (千) (chi) and "grain" (穂) (ho).
- Chiho's surname Tanemura means "seed, species, trick, variety, breed, material, pip, stone, matter, kernel, subject, theme, secret, inside story, cause, source, news" (種) (tane) and "town, village" (村) (mura).
