Fukie's unborn twin, also known as a Black Ghost or Black Girl, is eponymous main character and antagonist in Ju-on: Black Ghost, portayed by Hana Matsumoto.
Biography[]
Fukie's twin is Fukie's unborn twin sister, Kiwako's and Yokota's daughter, Mariko's and Yoshieki's niece and Takashi's cousin. She was absorbed by Fukie in Kiwako's womb, became a part of her body and was never born properly. As a result she died and became a spirit before even being born. She usually takes the black shadowy form and is the eponymous black ghost. At some point she begins to haunt Fukie and her surroundings.

Trivia[]
- While other ghosts only at times manifest as such, Fukie's twin appears only in the form of a shadow. This reflects her different nature, being the ghost of an unborn individual instead of one who was killed much later in life.
