Tomoka Miura (三浦 朋香, Miura Tomoka) is a character in Ju-on: The Grudge 2 portrayed by Chiharu Niiyama.
Biography[]
At some point, Tomoka met Keisuke Okuni, joined his crew and became a TV hostess in his show. In the crew she also met and befriended a hair and make-up stylist and occasional actress cast as a ghost, Megumi Obayashi, and another horror star actress Kyoko Harase. At some point, the crew begins shooting a horror movie, but they are interrupted, when one of the extras, a girl named Chiharu, sees Toshio near Kyoko, screams in terror and faints. Later, that day, Chiharu wakes up, but mysteriously dies soon after. After this incident, the crew learns about the Saeki house and plans to shoot an episode there. While preparing for shooting, Tomoka begins hearing thumping in her apartment, always at the stroke of 12:27, and seeing visions from the curse. This bothers her and she tells Noritaka about it. He comes to apartment and hears it too. On the day of the shooting, Tomoka meets Megumi in a dressing room and they discuss the shooting and Kyoko's participation in it. The crew goes to Saeki house.

- The name Tomoka means "knowledge" (知) (tomo) and "flower, blossom" (花) (ka).
- Tomoka's surname Miura means "three" (三) (mi) and "inlet, bay, gulf, creek, cove" (浦) (ura).
